I promised to give this review if everything worked out - and here I am. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Legacy from this shop last Fall, and have had nothing short of a positive experience.The car had issues initially after purchasing, some truly benign issues - but they gave me their word that it would be fixed at zero cost to me. They absolutely delivered on their word.The guys at the shop (Jake, and Mike I believe) spent months dealing with my calls, questions, and so on - and continued to work on the car until the issue was finally resolved. The repair was not a hefty one, but it was a pain in the ass to diagnose. We took it to a master Subaru tech, other mechanics, all of whom couldn’t solve the issue, until one of those geniuses in the back found the miracle fix.All the while, all my interactions (especially with Jake) were positive, constructive, and left me feeling better than I did when I walked in. They were consistently respectful, responsive, and honest.Fast forward to today, the car is driving great, and has made it up and down a large portion of the east coast.100% would recommend buying your next used car here, and Ive recommended my own friends/family. Treat people with respect, and they will likely return it back to you! That’s exactly what the Wallence’s did.

Hi! Yesterday at Don Wallence dealership I had the best experience you could have buying a car lol.My story is a long one, but when I first walked in, I met the mom, then she introduced me to her son, Todd, and then later Todd introduced me to his son Mike. It was a pleasure meeting everyone. They were so kind, professional, helpful, and understanding it truly was a pleasure buying a car.Todd and his mother gave me their full attention for about 5 to 10 minutes so that I could tell them what I have been dealing with, and what I was looking for.Todd is truly genuine after I told him my story. The first words out of his mouth were safety you want safety, he listened!I have been in two horrific car accidents and I suffered from severe PTSD. It’s taking me two years to get up the nerve to go and buy a car.But that’s exactly what I did yesterday with the help of Todd, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and explained them to me so that I could understand. I bought a safe 2015 fully loaded Cadillac SRX!! She’s a beauty! Chic! I’m in love with cat!Thank you Todd, Joan, and Mike!I walked away feeling confident and proud!
